The Flow Capability Chart is a frequency distribution with a cumulative percentage overlay, paired with rich filtering. The bars show the shape of the work. The cumulative line shows where the long tail begins. The filters get the team from shape to cause in seconds. It is the visual companion to the methodology in Building the Enterprise in Flow, designed to drive guided retrospectives.
Download the Flow Capability Chart, then import it into Power BI Desktop: open the Visualizations pane, click the ··· (more options) menu, choose Import a visual from a file, and select the downloaded .pbiviz file.
The Flow Capability Chart runs inside Power BI's sandboxed visual container. It makes no external network calls, collects no telemetry, and sends nothing off your machine. It works with imported data and needs no internet connection. The full source is on GitHub if you want to verify it yourself.
